This online rate guarantee certifies that you’ll get the best online rate here on the Coogee Sands Hotel & Apartments website.

After you have purchased our lowest available rate via our website at www.coogeesands.com.au, if you find a rate on the day of you making your booking with us, for the same room type and same number of guests, available on another website for the same period, at a lower rate than you have just purchased, we will match that rate.

How the Offer Works

• Decide on your preferred room type (including check in and check out dates) and purchase the best available rate online at www.coogeesands.com.au
• At the same time as your purchase, if you find another website that has a retail rate available for the same room type, dates and number of guests which is lower than your purchase price, please call us on 1800 819 403
• Once we have verified the availability of the Lower Online Rate (defined below), we’ll offer you that rate and amend your booking accordingly
• Not only will you get the best rates by booking at www.coogeesands.com.au but you will not have to pay booking or service fees

Terms & Conditions

1. The guarantee applies only to rooms and rates purchased online at www.coogeesands.com.au and paid for with an Australian issued charge or credit card.
2. Claims under this guarantee must be made at the same time as the accommodation is purchased.
3. Claims must be made by calling 1800 819 403. The accommodation purchased must be the lowest available rate for the room type.
4. “Lower Online Rate” is defined as being a published retail rate available via a website operated by an online retailer, for the Coogee Sands Hotel & Apartments, for the same room type, number of guests and dates, that is cheaper than the Best Rate Available purchased at www.coogeesands.com.au.  Corporate, package promotion, wholesaler, group travel, government and other discount rates are not eligible.
5. Coogee Sands Hotel & Apartment must be able to verify the availability for purchase of the Lower Online Rate online at the time of the claim. Other methods of verification (e.g. fax, email) are not acceptable. If Coogee Sands Hotel & Apartments cannot reasonably verify (in its sole discretion) the availability of the Lower Online Rate at the time the claim is made by phone then it may decline the claim.
6. Once a genuine rate difference has been established we will modify the room rate and your booking accordingly.
7. The rate differential is the sole and exclusive benefit that will be provided under this promotion.
8. We reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
9. Not valid with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
10. Not valid from online auction or member-only sites.
